Daughter presented me with a Ninja professional for my birthday Saturday. Other than the recipes in the booklet that came with it, what are your best suggestions?

Great for making green smoothies. Add your greens, a dash of Whey Isolate Protein, some frozen Blueberries, and a pinch of Stevia. Whala - you be good!!! :)

I like my smoothies to have a good mix of carbs, fat, and protein, so I tweak ingredients to achieve that.

What recipes from the booklet caught your eye?

I have found that spinach has no taste and so I throw a big handful into every fruit and yogurt smoothie. Looks gross, but after a few days I have eaten a ton of spinach painlessly.

Not much help, but I thought you got a martial arts personal trainer...

Me too. I was starting to get excited there. I really would have been a great ninja to jump out of his cake topless like Erika Eleniak in Under Siege.

I told my trainer friend to hurry up and get her karate black belt (she has yellow in karate and blue in bjj) so she can hire herself out as a ninja professional!!
