Big boobs aren't an accomplishment (unless you saved enough money to get a job). You don't ask for them (genetics), and you don't want a man to stare at them. Especially when you don't wear low cut shirts. and you wear scarves, and it still happens.

If you are asking what are good high protein foods? Chicken is like 31 grams of protein for 100 grams of chicken. Really good per caloric intake. Now this program thing?

That's how I feel. If I can fit chips or bacon in here or there, I will. I was just gonna see if their were any clean eaters out there to follow so I could check diaries and see new suggestions of cleaner eats and treats.

Clean eating fits macros (I didn't think I would need to say that). I'm saying who doesn't eat junk (eats healthy) vs who eats what nutritionists consider "junk" as long it fits in their macros or calories?

I'm basing it on someone who eats a poptart or Mcdonald's as long as they hit their carbs/fats/protein versus someone who won't put anything processed in their mouth.

Don't binge, but I really think if you don't keep yourself accountable you are gonna half do it. Step on so you know how many calories to eat, what you burn during exercise. Ect.
