Ohhhhh I like this thread! One of my go-to running songs is from the old parade at Magic Kingdom. It's the Corbin Bleu version of "Celebrate You". Every time I hear it I can't help but feel like running! I'm sure I'll think of more.

I did Week 1 Day 2 last night and I am digging it! I have run 5ks before but I feel like I'm never consistent with maintaining a pace so I'm hoping following the app will help me build some stamina for the future!

I've found these couple of stretches (particularly the last 2 the "meditation" looking one and the knee over knee one) have helped me soooooo much. I do them almost every day. Gives me a great stretch and less pain! https://youtu.be/x30rjVT-TLo

I love my planet fitness. I go in, do what I need to and get out. Nothing more, nothing less. I usually go about 4-5 times a week. I enjoy the arc trainer because you can get a different workout based on the settings.
