Post-vacation rut/lacking motivation...

Hey guys! I recently got back from a Caribbean cruise vacation and am really struggling to get back into normal eating habits and my workout routine. I was expecting to gain weight during vacation, but (surprisingly) I didn't. However, being off my exercise routine is really throwing me off and causing some anxiety. I need to start running again but some motivation from you guys!

    Just do it! I promised myself I would work out while I was on vacation in Montreal over the summer.... I didn't. I said I would get back to it when I returned... I didn't. It's taken me since the end of August to get back into the swing of things. Get going now before 4 months pass and you've just been sitting on the couch the whole time!
  • Hi - I hear you! It is so hard to stay on track. Having an accountability group to check in is critical to your success! There are days when I totally feel like skipping my workout but I know that if I don't, my group will get on me!! I belong to a group right now that posts a weekly workout challenge for all its members (140+) as of today. We all cheer each other on and hold each other accountable. FR me!
