  • same here somedays when i have worked out hard the day before i just want to go sleep even though never in my life do i sleep during the day and that causes me to end up eating chocolate lol, it is awful but u just have to get through it lol
  • i do exactly the same, i have lost 133lb and need to lose another 20 or so and one week i dont touch anything i shouldnt but the next i just cant say no, it is harder now than it was losing the first lot of wieght and really frustrating, i just think im gonna be stuck where i am till god knows when.

  • not quite 150 but iv lost 135 give or take a few pounds each week since jan 08, with no help just on my own, would love to lose another 20 but it just isnt happening. it was a lot easier losing that 135 than it is just to lose 1lb now. as long as you want to do it you can :D

  • hey, i have this problem too, though i do it on a saturday and sunday probably worse on a sunday it is very frustrating knowing how hard you have worked all week and just undo it all in 1 or 2 days.

  • i started on the 16th so will finish on the 14th aug, im doing each level for 10 days each, i find level 1 quite easy so today i did jillians target trouble zones before the shred and i thought i was gonna pass out lol i just know my arms will be sore tomorrow but it is all worth it!

  • I do the EA sports active too and I usually put it as cardio then search for wii exercise or something and just put in the calories it tells you you have burned
  • Hi, just thought I would join in. I have lost 130lbs and am down 15.5 inches off my waist and 7 off my thigh though I am a bit muscular. The scale doesnt move but I do notice when I measure myself. I do wish the scale would drop but what can u do lol
