Does anyone know if it's healthy to have an operation to lose weight? I'm going for the seminar Wednesday. I gained my weight from having arthritis(under control now) but keep it on from my loving to drink beer. I already hear the remarks about the bad calories in booze, but any suggestions on the operation???

Hi Mini, yes as the other post had said, start with baby steps, better food, smaller rationings. You can start slow, just do a little less every day. Movement and exercise is the key. Try to do more every day, you'll begin to see results. It's healthier to lose weight slower and steady to keep it off. Good luck.

Because they look good and guys (and most gals:love them) :) I personally like to see hips and *kitten* NOT THAT I'M COMPLAINING! and who cares what they show, don't be so uptight.....

I don't believe the myth myself either. Your body is not taking in calories so it will burn off stored fat. But, my system is not right when I do it, need the bathroom to much. You need to get something in your system.
