Thanks. Just to clarify, I'm not looking for advice about my method or motives. I'm simply asking if people have suggestions about brands/flavors of packaged products. If you want to tell me that I'm making a poor choice, please don't respond.

You're going to do great! It's all about consistency. Progress, not perfection. Making small changes that stick. :-) Take a few minutes to fill out your MFP profile, that will help you gather friends! You don't have to share everything about yourself, just a few tibits are great.

Mad Minis are AMAZING. My local supermarket used to carry them, but stopped. I'm going to have to check Aldi's. My favorites were the double-chocolate and black raspberry. If I recall correctly, they're a little bigger than a double-stuff oreo, and super delicious.

Self-control is a big issue for me too. That's why I love the brownie cups, they're individual portions! On the rare occasions when I do bake a whole batch of brownies, I will cut them up in the the correct portions, individually wrap each one, and immediately put them in the freezer. Then I have brownies ready to go…

I just placed ANOTHER $40 order from Kodiak Cakes. I'm addicted, I can't help it. Their protein brownie cups are everything. Seriously, totally worth 290 calories.

These Dove sorbet bars are AMAZING. I've had them in raspberry before, but the mango flavor is new. The chocolate is super rich, and the sorbet is so smooth and flavorful. I could eat a whole box.

I tried the Archer Farms (Target brand) high protein ice cream in Chocolate Pecan Pie. It was delicious! I have some trouble with lactose, and this didn't bother me at all (unlike Halo, which my system doesn't tolerate AT ALL.) It didn't taste as artificial as Enlightened, and the texture was as close to real ice cream as…

Welcome! I would recommend that you make the most of the MFP tools and the community of support here. If you fill out some of your profile and add some friends, I think you'll find a fantastic group of people to help motivate and inspire you!

Welcome back! You can do whatever you set your mind to, it's all about consistency and dedication. It's a marathon not a sprint, and every good decision will lead to another and another and another.

Agreed. WHY MUST YOU DO THIS TO ME?!

Also misread the subject as "Carpe Menses" (I don't come across a lot of Latin in my daily life. I'm just sayin.) My goals for May are to focus on hydration, and workout six days per week.

Welcome to MFP!

My diary is open, feel free to add me!

I'm not sure you can claim to be "light-hearted" and use the word NAZI in your description. That's kind of offensive. I'm just sayin. . .

Welcome to MFP! Make the most of this community, I find a lot of support and inspiration here. I'm always looking for new recipes and workouts too, specifically strength training. :-)

I’ve only heard positive things about that... but I don’t trust myself! Do you eat it frozen or do you let it thaw and then use it as frosting? [/quote] My intent was to let it thaw, but I couldn't wait that long. I ate it partially frozen straight from the container with a spoon. It was still amazing. (Thankfully my…

Cool Whip Oreo Mix-Ins. SO GOOD. Tastes like frosting. 35 cals for 2 tablespoons. But I could eat the entire container.

Welcome! MFP is a great place to find support and inspiration. If you commit to making every day a little bit better, and expect progress, not perfection, you'll get where you want to go!

Welcome! This is a great place to share your journey. My weight has been up and down a lot over the last 10 years, but I've lost 40 lbs since last May, and hoping to lose another 25-30 by the end of this year.

You can make falafel in a waffle iron, just a light spray of oil! Plus you get to use the word FAWAFFLE. :-) https://annetravelfoodie.com/fawaffle-falafel-waffle/

Whole-wheat protein banana pancakes or waffles. Make a whole batch and freeze for quick easy breakfasts or snacks!

I know it sounds cliche, but take it one day at a time, or even one meal at a time. One good food decision can lead to two, then three, which makes a good day, then two good days and so on. It doesn't have to be perfect, we all slip up sometimes, just know that you can get back on track. Calories In vs. Calories Out isn't…

The maple glazed donut bar from ONE may be the best protein bar I've ever had. And only 220 calories with 20g protein and 10g fiber.

Wow, good for you, being more thoughtful with what you choose to eat! I've never really thought about this kind of problem. As the wife/mom, I'm responsible for groceries and food prep in our house, so I have a ton of control over what the whole family eats. It must be tough to track calories and make good food decisions…

Please, please, please don't do this. There is no way you can safely lose 20 pounds in five weeks. The absolute max you should plan to lose in that time frame is 10 pounds, and even that could be tough. Making a real and lasting lifestyle change shouldn't include starving yourself for quick results.

Wow! What an amazing story and transformation. Congrats and thank you for sharing.
