Isn't that really it. I just restarted logging for the third time and I have always stayed private about it. Some of my days are so busy and I would rather pop open a book rather than log my diet.
I know that when I do log, I actually do lose an average of 1 pound per week and I feel pretty darn good. So why don't I do it more often?
This time I am not going to be private about it, so will you be my cheerleaders, coaches, community?
BTW, I really put emphasis on counting potassium because that either means I drink too much coffee or I am really getting great nutrient rich foods.

Welcome back! You can do whatever you set your mind to, it's all about consistency and dedication. It's a marathon not a sprint, and every good decision will lead to another and another and another.
