Just got around to read the latest comments. Thanks everyone. Update: Had my first physical in a while. The doctor was very happy with all my blood work and physical changes. All the hard work was worth it!

It always helped me to view these stories... I wanted to make sure I shared mine and hoping I can get someone over the hump. It is weird to say but... Enjoy the journey, I did!

Fitbit rocks! I have been using it since my weight loss journey started. It is fun and very motivating. If mine broke today, I would buy a new one in heart beat!

I drink on weekends too. Just like everything else, track it...

I drink Light beer. One trick I use is to load the drinks into MFP before my day starts. This way you can "budget" for them... Takes the stress out of it for me... Have Fun!
