Currently I am a size 7 in pants. But I am one of those people who have pretty small legs, so my size 7 fits in the waist but is baggy everywhere else. :/ I remember being a size 4/5 and that was more comfortable/form fitting on my legs, so I wouldn't mind being that size again. :)

Alright thanks! I think I will try and follow the TDEE - 20% and see how that pans out. When I first joined MFP it has me, like many other people, set to eat 1200 calories a day which just wasn't enough for me.

Do you suggest I change the activity level to light to get a more accurate TDEE?

I chose moderate as I work out the 30-60 minutes a day. But I also work at Target 8-9 hours everyday so I am constantly on my feet running around the store. To be honest I am clueless as to what the point of a TDEE is, what the number means, or if I overestimated the activity amount.

Thanks! I actually just measured myself about two weeks ago and I am going to keep up on that! I am not the type of person to give up just because the scale isn't moving. I physically feel better when I work out, whether or not the weight is coming off. Just not sure I am doing everything right.

Yes, I do weigh/measure everything I eat. I won't put a darn thing in my mouth until I know how much I am putting in and have logged it for the day. I recently calculated my BMR and TDEE; BMR came out as 1370 and TDEE was 2123.

I used to think I liked weird food but now I know I don't...haha! I like sandwiches on white bread with miracle whip, sliced tomato, a kraft single cheese, and salt. That is about as weird as I get! But my cousin dips his cheese in pudding.... 0.0

You don't have to eat them all back if you aren't hungry. But you should at least eat enough calories to give your body energy, they say 1,200 but it is different for everyone. Just listen to your bodies signals.

Once a week, Friday mornings :) Sometimes, if I feel like I am having a bad week and I need some reassurance, I will weigh myself on a Wednesday or something.

I started the C25k program a few weeks ago. Tomorrow I am doing W2D3 and Monday I will do W3D1 :) It was hard at first, but I can tell it is getting eaiser.

I am 4'11, I get 1400 calories a day. I lost two pounds the first time I started MFP. I lost 30 pounds using an elliptical, so maybe it doesn't help some people lose belly fat but it helped me.

I do believe in starvation mode. I have done the same thing to myself many times before, including now. I just went through my diary for this week and I had at least 600 calories left to eat every day. I GAINED this week, 2 pounds almost because I was working out way too hard and not feeding my body. 1.5 pounds is awesome! This is my first week back after the holidays and I gained 2 pounds. And you know what, I don't care! If you worked hard and ate right, be happy for yourself and your accomplishments!

Weighed in today. I was 142, so I gained which I sort of expected. Its my first week back working out and eating healthy. Thanks for all of the ideas everyone, very helpful :) Unfortunately, I am allergic to avacados so I cannot eat anything that has them! I can't even wash my hair with things that have avacado extract :(
