I love daily burn. They offer great programs, and the db365 workout is wonderful. I love it because it is something new every day and you don't get bored or burned out. The trainers have so much energy and enthusiasm, it is contagious!

I gained 10 lbs between the stress of finals and eating horribly over the holiday. Been back on track for a week now, and down 2.5 lbs. It happens, everyone goes overboard around the holidays.

Dang! I came in at 3,132. Not as bad as I thought, but MFP says I will gain 10lbs in 5 weeks if I eat like that every day!

I'm in! I definitely need to lose at least 20lbs by summer...my doctor wants to see a decrease in my cholesterol and blood pressure by then, and I would love to weigh in much lighter than I did at my last appointment. Good Luck everyone!

My favorite is one I found on Pinterest they called the green monster smoothie. 1 cup vanilla almond milk, a single serving cup of plain greek yogurt, 1 frozen banana, a tbsp of peanut butter, and a cup or more of spinach. It is delish!

Hi! I used MFP after both of my pregnancies while exclusively breastfeeding...It was actually when I had the easiest time losing weight! You can log breastfeeding under foods and it will add to your calorie allowance...I think for exclusively breastfeeding an infant it is +500 calories, and for breastfeeding an older baby…
