I just find it ironic that Lululemon is a sought after, expensive name brand of clothing created for yoga, a practice in which one hopes to gain spiritual insight.

I remember Britney as a "mean girl". She was always making fun of others.

That trilogy makes "50 shades of grey" look tame!

I truly feel that the conversations we are having with our pre-teens in this generation are the ones our parents had with teenagers. They are growing up faster, developing faster. They know more because of tv and the internet. Unless you ban it, you cannot control it. We do not have cable, I have to authorize every website…

My biggest regret is not having talked to my big brother more, using the time change and just being busy as a reason not to call. And I can no longer talk to him. My advice, live life! Treat every moment as its last.

Wine makes me happy. Or happier. I am not sure how to answer this without people judging me. Obviously I haven't been partaking because I would give a crap if I was.

11th birthday sleepover. 8 kids. 2 are mine. They are currently making jewelry. It is approaching my bedtime, they don't even seem tired. Cake hasn't been cut, gifts haven't been opened, movie hasn't been watched. I just poured myself a glass of wine. Oy, it's going to be a long night.

"Cup of Cheese"!!!!!! Look it up on YouTube. Pee in your pants funny.

I'm not so nice today. Ask again tomorrow.

I am about to enjoy a lovely cup of Vanilla Biscotti made with my Keurig.

Call it lust or love, but I knew the second I saw my husband that he was the one. We were engaged within a month. We will soon be celebrating our 13th wedding anniversary. It is not sunshine and roses all the time, in fact, he is annoying the crap out of me today and I suspect the feeling is mutual.

Oh, oh! I am a touchy-feely sort of girl. I almost always touch someone during a conversation, usually the arm, and am not flirting. I hope I haven't confused people.

I have one picky one and one who will eat just about anything put in front of her. Go figure, I raised and fed them the same way. I try to get them to help meal plan with me so that they are choosing the foods they like to put on our menu. If it is something I choose not to eat, then I try to keep my meal as close as…

I am catholic, my husband of 13 years is agnostic. He was not raised in any organized religion. So far my children are being raised catholic as was agreed upon before we got married. His thinking was that religion was more important to me than to him, so he was willing to let me be in charge in that area. It is not without…

I understand. I like wine. It is hard to fit it in when losing weight. I make it a part of my life on weekends. I get a kick out of people saying that you should go to AA because you admit that beer is part of your life. If there was only a group for ice cream AA, I would be there, because that is truly my dietary…

My 40th is coming up soon. My husband is planning a photo wall....but I have not allowed photos to be taken of me in the past 10 years when I was gaining. And there are a ton of photos that I will not allow that where when I was gaining. I totally understand!

It's parental leave in Canada. Mom or Dad can take it, or share it, even when you adopt. You are paid 55% of your salary and some companies top it up. I loved my years off of work!

It is hurtful. I was asked when I was fat, I knew I was fat and didn't need to be reminded of it. You never know if someone is suffering medical issues, or fertiltiy issues.

Bedford, Nova Scotia, no debit, some sort of fast pass if you have Mastercard which I don't, so I need cash. Must be different rules for us Maritimers. Figures.

Ever try to use an ATM in another country? Not easy. I don't carry much cash, except for kid's allowances (funny, the kids won't accept my cheques, so distrustful). And I live in Canada, Tim Horton's doesn't accept Debit or Credit cards. Sigh, I need my Tim's.

Yes, I am familiar with that move.

I workout at home. When I Zumba, my husband grabs a beer and sits down and watched the show. (psst! Don't tell him that I love it!) Wouldn't like it if it was a stranger (well, much...)

I prefer a rumpled bed, (although the rest of the house is immaculate). My husband makes the bed despite my preference, and I sigh every time I have to untuck those lovely corners he made and have to make a new nest for my nightly slumber.

Star Wars, The Empire Strikes Back (maybe?). I was with my Dad and two brothers.

I just had one, was walking and my underwear, a size too big, sort off slipped down. It is not very lady like having to reach into the pants to pull them up.

I buy "Simply Egg Whites". I make omelets using one egg and 1/4 c egg whites to reduce calories with little effect on taste.
