Don't beat yourself up. Just keep going and make a goal to get passed the last time. So maybe go for 45-60 days logged in? Set an alarm or a notification on your phone. IF it's that important to you. Feel free to add me :smile:

I thought you were a stripper...I got excited. Carry on. Tips: Bikram and or Hot yoga to increase flexibility. Static stretching after every workout for 15+ minutes. Pilates at home.

Use a bodyfat caliper or pictures (best)..sometimes the scale doesn't move but you're still making progress. Just a thought. Don't quit.

I use one with a waist slimmer sometimes too but I don't believe it works. My coach makes me use them but I really don't notice a difference outside of normal dieting. Been there. I swear by the book Brain Over Binge like it's my B.E.D. bible. Look it up, it's been a blessing! Hope it helps. You're not alone and sometimes conventional therapy doesn't work or it doesn't work "alone" but in conjunction with other therapy. It gets better.

1. I agree with this ..that and I'm mostly likely super focused while I'm there. If I notice a guy watching me I'll smirk or smile but most of the time, my eyes are closed focusing on the muscle and I'm short on time. I mean it's the gym not Starbucks. Lets do what we came there to do. Workout!!! 2. I miss you girl. :(

I find an alternative that fits my macros. Maybe try making the treat yourself OR finding an alternative that's decent enough to satisfy until you can go without it completely.

it's a great starting place! go for it! Look into getting a coach. I'm the same measurements and I'm about 9 weeks out form comp but I'm at 145lbs. Stage goal for us at that height can be 125-135 depending on how you look..bf%/muscle mass etc.
