Pretty much the same as you! I love when my glutes are sore. Best feeling ever. Other than when I try to pee. Then not so much. I also love when my quads are sore then my lats and biceps. <3

sometimes progress is measured by other factors (bodyfat, pictures, measurements, the way your clothes fit) because the scale can't factor in water weight or an increase in lean muscle mass. Just my 2 cents...carry on. edit: also are you consistent with measuring? Same day, same time, naked, after output, before input?

Are you taking any new supplements? BCAAs make me "gain" faster that first week I adjust to a higher amount but it usually mellows out after two weeks.
