10/10/8/8/11. Today was hard! I was able to do the first 2 sets but the last 3 I had to do modified push ups. my arms were just shaking to much. I still don't have much arm pain though (thankfully)

To change your calorie intake: Go to home: Goals: Scroll to bottom and hit Change Goals: Hit the Custom option: Then change your Net calories to your desired # (1800)
