What is it with everyone in the world eating egg whites only? The whole dang egg is only 70 calories. They aren't that high in cholesterol and the only protein is in the yolk. Just sayin'.

Using Vanilla protein shakes you can use all kinds of things for flavoring: Pudding mix, jello mix, rootbeer (tastes like a rootbeer float), orange soda (tastes like a creamsicle). Soda would replace the water. Peanut butter, Chocolate, Coffee, any fruit, pumpkin and pumpkin spice in the fall is good. The sky's the limit.

I have that problem in some of my clothing. I bought something called nipple concealers on eBay. There are several kinds. I bought some that are washable (kind of a rubbery plasticy stuff). They work great. You just put them in your bra.

Funny! If I remember correctly Dawn Dishwashing liquid should be the best. At least they are best for disolving grease and grease equals fat.

Deep chocolate Vita Top muffin top w/1 pat of butter (yum), 1/2 C unsweetened applesauce (so my pills don't get stuck in my throat) and a medium banana (which my doctor says to eat everyday for my extra potassium). I'm good 'til noon.

I have the same problem. Now I'm trying to plan for it in my daily calories and also trying to eat lower calorie items at that time - like popchips or mini carmel rice cakes and a cup of chicken broth. All of which are healthy with no additives. I'm thinking it would also help to keep my hands busy so may buy jigsaw…
