If I was you i would not be to worried about all the other levels just make sure your calorie count is ok at the end of the day, personally I don't even weigh food, just because when you come off your diet and try to eat normally again the weight will go on a lot faster that you have lost. I reckon you are quite right, they are quite expensive although they are on offer at the moment with holland and barratt, mmm wonder why that might be.

I take Mefenamic Acid (prescribed by the doc) for the 1st 3 days this reduces cramps and retention slightly but not much.

I am not the most active person, I do the 30 shred everyday which is 28 minutes which is about it really, yes I am taking measurements, however I only started that last Friday so I have to wait until this Friday to find out if there is any change or not, I have noticed the difference in my clothes they are slightly loser…

My BMR is 1,472, i have been @ 1200 cals per day for a while now and am not seeing alot of difference on the scales, my goals are to lose 2lbs per week, but right now that is not happening. Trouble is with me I want these things to happen overnight lol

This is something that I think looks really good, however I cannot find it anywhere on you tube, you have to buy the dvd, but it does look very good, I am doing the 30 day shred at the moment, I may go over to doing the body revolution after, however it will be interesting to know what other people think.

I have the same problem, the scales are going up and down but my clothes seem to bit getting bigger all the time, not sure if it is where I am toning doing the '30 Shred', but I don't seem to be noticing the scale movement much, It can be quite disheartening, I have the thought that it must have something to do with water…
