I agree with the above poster....I always gain 5-10 lbs while on vacation. Most, if not all of it, will be gone when you get back into your calorie counting/exercise routine. I used to stress myself out about it and then it turned out to be water weight.

Same here....I thought I could do it myself after losing 66 lbs. But I figured out quickly (well not quickly enough) to gain back several lbs over the last year. here I am again. Feel free to friend me. :)

YES!!! I completely agree, and was just saying this to my hubby this week. I find when I eat breakfast I want to snack through the morning...I know it's bad but I try and go as long as I can without eating....as long as I get my alloted calories through the day....I don't think it matters when I eat them. once I started…

I eat frozen meals for lunch almost every day! Have done it since I start losing weight and I've lost 65 lbs so far. I know they aren't the healthiest, but they are convenient, portion controled and I don't have the time to make lunch daily for myself. Feel free to friend me if you wanna see my food diary. I thought I could stop logging, b/c after almost 2 years I should know how much I can eat to keep losing...right? WRONG! This has to be a lifestyle for me....unfortunately. I stopped for a couple months and started gaining weight.

I cut up cauliflower sprinkle with parmesan cheese and a little olive oil bake until tender.....I also saute brussel sprouts with a little soy sauce. Also Asparagus grilled with a little olive oil and parmesan cheese. (parm cheese makes everything better, lol)

I love cruising!!!!! I just make sure to walk, alot! I also went to the gym. Nothing like overlooking the ocean on a treadmill! Also I didn't take elevators, at all! I ate a light breakfast and lunch and went crazy at dinner, and ate what I wanted. I only gained a couple lbs on each cruise i've been on and it came off…

lol, yes they are. They don't realize it was me in the old pictures, they say "who is that"! It's great. And my kids were the main reason I made the change. What kind of example was I sending to them, eating fast food and telling them, they had to eat veggies etc. So I started practicing what I preach. :)
