Resetting weight
I joined MFP years ago and lost almost 70 lbs. But, I've gained a lot back and want to restart. With that said my starting weight is my weight from years ago when I first started. I want to restart with my current weight. Is there a way to reset my weight in my profile? Thanks!

Motivation
After losing 66 lbs and gaining half back, I was finding it hard to get back into the swing of things.....I found my motivation....Money! I've joined two stepbets and one dietbet....No way they are keeping my money. I'm down 14 lbs since Jan 9th!!

I'm back and motivated!!
I lost 66 lbs with the help of mfp and kept it off for 2 years ....then life happened, my grandmother passed away, my job is extremely stressful, my kids had a less than positive school year.....and I gained 40 back. I can't believe I let it get ahead of Me, I fell into old habits.....it's so easy to fall off track. I've…

Fitbit Aria
Sorry if this isn't the place to post this. But I just got a Fitbit Aria for Christmas. I'm a bit obsessed with weighing myself since i started losing weight 3 years ago. So my question is, is there a way I can just have the Aria sync to myfitness pal once a week? Otherwise it shows my fluctuation on my news feed daily (or…

Here I am again...
I know it's so cliche to start a new life style on Jan 1st. However here I am again, I really never gave up or stopped coming on MFP....however I thought I could do this alone, no logging food or exercise, (but I still logged on for the friends I've made)...but I was wrong, as tedious as it is, to weigh food, log…

2 years!!
Today is my 2 years anniversary of starting MFP and starting a new lifestyle. There have been many ups and downs and many days i feel like throwing in the towel but I'm still here. Holiday's got the the best of me (like always), and i've gained some lbs but I'm not giving up, I'm back at it today, got all the junk out of…

Haven't done one of these in quite awhile...66 lbs down.
Almost 1 1/2 years with MFP and the start of my new lifestyle and 66 lbs down...about 30 lbs to my final goal. I haven't taken many pictures lately, until I went on vacation this month and even though I haven't lost to much in the past few months, it makes me feel good looking at my new pictures!! I've fallen off the wagon…

I got my motivation back.....
after 5 long months...of being in a rut, I'm BACK! I still logged in every day...but I just lost the "spark"....I think it was the fact that I hit a plateau and it just got out of control. I started snacking again, not weighing my food....luckily the 60 lbs I lost prior to this rut I didn't gain back, just fluctuated 5 lbs…

Been sitting her for 5 months thinking....
and complaining why I'm not losing weight....I was losing like crazy at first, I started here in Jan of 2012....but I've been yo yo-ing the same 5 lbs since October. I walk 3 miles a day, started a kick boxing DVD a few times a week, eating "healthy" yet no movement on the scale....I sat on here complaining to my "pals"…

Need to refocus...here are some before and after photos.
So I'm struggling a little bit the last month or so, haven't lost any weight since October and I wanted to go through some old pics to get refocused and snap myself back into gear. I have lost about 60 lbs so far....20 more to get to my first goal, and finally would like to lose at least another 40 lbs. Here are some…

For those of you with significant weight loss....
Have you ever fallen off the wagon, what was the motivation to get back on? I've lost 61 lbs, but really have been having a rough time for about a month. I don't know what's wrong with me. I'm only up about 3 lbs from my lowest weight....but I feel like I don't have the same motivation I did the first 8 months or so. I…

60 lbs in 9 months....."lots of pics included"
It's been a long 9 months, but completely worth it. 60 lbs down and I feel great, tonight I was going through old photos and can't believe the change! I thank all my "pals" for all the support, I have a great bond with many that keep me going! As well as a great support at home. Never thought I could do this...but I have.…

Swollen ankle/foot.
My mom has been complaining of a swollen ankle/foot, she is terrified of dr's and refuses to go to get it checked out. It's only one foot, and she said it's so frustrating to feel the tightness of the swollen area. When she wakes up it's ok, but as the day progresses it gets bad. I told her today to cut back on sodium and…

51 lbs down!!! 6 months
After 6 months using MFP and having wonderful support via family and "pals" I am 1/2 way to my goal. I feel great and it gets easier and easier every day. In past "diets", I gave up....I wouldn't allow myself to have foods I liked, I thought I had to eat salad all the time. I eat healthy most of the time, but still allow…

Is it possible....
to be too heavy to jog? I've really been trying to add it to my routine and jog a block, walk a block, back and forth for a mile a few times a week. I've been doing it for 3 weeks and I just don't seem to be able to add more jogging to my route. I just feel such jarring in my legs and hard time catching my breath. How…

40 lbs down....pics included
Almost 1/2 way to my goal, once I get there, I'll see how much more I want to lose, but I wanted to start with an obtainable goal. Lately I've been getting discouraged b/c I have been at the same weight for a month, same measurements as well. So to refocus, I was looking at some before pictures and can notice a difference.…

others to keep me motivated. I just joined, I always seem to fall off the wagon when I hit a plateau when I try other diets. 2012 is my year to stop this cycle. I have twin daughters (2 1/2) that I don't to adopt my eating habits.

Can I do this??
I'm 32....and overweight most of my adult life. It's gotten worse since having kids, I just don't have the time to cook healthy or excercise. I have twin 2 1/2 year olds that I don't want to have the same eating habits as myself. I make them eat super healthy but then bring home McDonald's for myself. They are getting old…
