.... the last day of eating unhealthy., I just joined on Friday and I'm had enough of my unhealthy lifestyle...my husband and I had a delicions "last supper"...lol....a ham and cheese stromboli. I went to the store today and stocked up on fruit, veggies and lean cuisines. All the junk food is officially out of my house. I'm hoping to lose 80 lbs. I can do this right??

    YES, YOU CAN!!!!!!!!!!!

    Just remember that you didn't gain the weight overnight, so be patience with your weight loss and make sure you eat. It is a long hard road to change your life when it comes to food but with dedicated and work hard it can be done.

    Look through the Success Stories for inspiration.

    Yep, you can! The biggest things I've had to learn (and still am) are 1) eat enough for your body to function and 2) it's ok to have a sweet or chips sparingly and not often. Depriving yourself of everything "bad" for you sometimes makes the cravings for them worse.
