  • I'm in DietBet 10...this is my second bet (also doing the Nov Journey to New You at same time). Did the Oct bet and loved it. Really keeps you motivated to stay on track. Of course I'm wired that way. Money invested, I stay accountable.
  • Drink more water! Also eat nothing but protein at night--don't eat your meals too late. Watch how much sodium you are comsuming. The scale will eventually move. You are doing good. Don't beat yourself up over you weight loss slowing. Dona
  • I do cardio first and then lift also. I bring a hand towel to sit on and also wipe down the machines. I hate being all sweaty too, but feel better about sitting on my own towel and then wiping down the machine. Dona

Obviously exercise is important and has huge benefits so I'm not saying that you shouldn't work out but you can certainly be gentle on yourself.
