I'm approaching 30 days and I've lost 9.5lbs and 2 inches in my waist. Hoping to be at the 10lb mark on my 30 day weigh in which is Saturday February 6th.

Those burpees are enough to do me in...I added a COUPLE into tonight's workout...gracious! This combination looks as though it would produce results though.

So, oatmeal is a recent addition to my breakfast routine. I just got to the point where I like it enough to eat it. I use half fresh pressed apple juice and half water and about 2tsp of brown sugar and dried cranberries. Makes taste yummy!

I personally have not incorporated walking into my routine yet, however my friend did lose 50lbs last year walking about 3x per week, usually about 5 miles each time, and that along with some diet changes. She looks fabulous. She went from a size 14 to a size 8.

I definitely agree...SPAM/SCAM!

CONGRATULATIONS! You look wonderful.
-
gem_angel..that sounds really good! I think I am going to try those!

I definitely agree with some of the others. Anything less than 1200 is too few calories. Try eating more meals, smaller portions. I've seen the biggest difference in my weight since I changed my eating style. I eat 4 times per day. I have breakfast around 7ish, 1st lunch around 11 and 2nd lunch around 2, then dinner around…

My ultimate goal weight is 150. This a few is quite a few pounds more than what is recommended however I don't feel being in the120s is what is best for me.
-
I would definitely agree with Foreverloved.
-
Why is your calorie count so high? You should be eating at least 1200 calories everyday. If not, your body will go into starvation mode. I personally do not eat the same amount of calories everyday; I do however make it a personal goal to not eat more than 1400 before exercise.

Anna Congratulations on your weight loss.

The body's weight naturally fluctuates. I agree with SassyStef. Weighing in once a week is plenty. I do it on Sunday mornings right after I wake up and go to the bathroom but BEFORE I have breakfast.

Welcome to MFP. I have found it to be such a great help. Good luck on your journey!

I'm working on it. Thank you for posting this.

:drinker: LOVE IT!!!

It also depends on whether in your setting you chose your general lifestyle as sedentary or active etc. My calorie intake is only 1200, but it's like one of the previous people said; exercise more then you can eat a little more. Good luck to you.
-
I would put it under "strength training". Good luck on your journey!

Welcome! I think you will find the site very helpful and the people ver supportive. Good luck to you.

It's definitely okay to take a break. If not you'll get frustrated because your body won't be feeling its best. I'm glad it's working for you. I'm planning to order it next week. Stay focused and you will have wonderful results GOOD LUCK!

WE'VE GOT YOUR BACK!!

Stay strong and focused. I'm new here also; only about a week. I have found it so helpful, and the support is AMAZING.

Have you tried using the frozen veggies. The sodium content is way lower, almost non existent. Then you can add a little salt to it yourself and it's not nearly as bad for you. Plus most people don't realize a lot of canned foods have MSG in them and that will skyrocket the sodium level.

Congratulations on such a fabulous weight loss!!!!!!!!!!!
