  • Fresh, hormone free bacon every Saturday for breakfast! Sometimes breakfast for dinner during the week. Im not a Paleo purist as I like to enjoy non-paleo foods once in awhile. But 55 lbs later, I think I am making the right decisions.

  • I am doing a strict paleo for a week to get my ketosis burning again. I normally am about 80% paleo with a cheat once per week. Seems to be working for me.

  • I have found myself in a rut, and frankly, a bit frightened of hurting my knees. My mother has had both knees replaced, and my kness crack and ache without running. Should I abandon the idea of running and stick to a fast paced walk?
