As long as it is just soreness and not an injury, the BEST way 2 ease it is to work through it. Believe it or not, u will be MORE sore the rest of the day & tomorrow if u skip it than if u work through it. Great job! Remember, pain is weakness, leaving the body!

I go to the gym anyway and just have an "easy on myself" attitude those days... Ie the plan is 20 minutes of easy cardio. You could also go to your local supermarket and look through the fitness magazines. They always have a ton of strength training exersizes with illustrations showing exactly how they should be done. And it may be helpfull to do a minimum of two to three sets of most exersizes.
