What ever you do, don't take laxatives. They can ruin your insides with irreversable damage. Healthy foods and fruits. If nothing is working for you, see a doctor and they will give you something to regulate you without causing damage.

This is so true. Iv'e telling people this all the time who come to me for help to get them motivated to work out and they constantly complain that they never have time. I workout everyday on my lunch, so I really don't have simpathy for that excuse. Glad you posted this.

I wouldn't count on it. Even if you are dripping sweat and feel like you are going to throw up the entire time because of how hard you are working out, its not likely that you are burning that much. I have ADHD so should I try to be gluten free or wheat free. What can I supplement the wheat with? I eat whole wheat stuff such as whole wheat sugar free bread, wheat flour, and wheat germ. Is that a problem?

Try bodyrock.com she has great body strength exercises and some using weights. You should start with lite weights. 10lbs if that is to lite then move up.

I agree with you, that changed mine. I was a cardio junkie but it wasn't until I added more weight routines and not so much cardio and it really helped.

Are you changeing your workouts? alternating what you do for cardio? Are you doing intervals? trying something completely different then what you do from your everyday rountine can break your slump.

I know she does talk allot, but you can fast forward that stuff until it gets to the workout. She just gives you basic examples of what you can do. If you go to the workout section there is a whole list of different workouts on her webpage. :laugh:
