Breastfeeding increases your cal intake my 500 cals per day. It is possible that your body is not getting enough cals. So its going into starvation mode and holding on to your fat storage.

when i breastfeed my boys i ate like a pig and drank a ton of water. i ate approx 2000 to 2300 cals. i worked out also. maybe your not getting enough cals. has your milk supply decreased? i could not drop 10 pounds for the life of me until after i stopped breastfeeding.

my father inlaw dropped 40 pounds and walks 5 times a week. his diabetes is now diet controlled. i hope this gives you some hope. :flowerforyou:

Relax, eat some nuts they are good for you. However, they are high in fat (good fat) just eat a small amount. Also try crunchy veggies. Do not deprive yourself, that’s when you run into trouble. When I am busy I try to write down a menu the day before and cross things off as I go. Also take a water bottle will you.

i had diabetes when i was pregnant. since then i have had a hard time with my getting rid of the extra pounds
