I'm more or less following slimming world! (but not going to the meetings) Just running into the problem now of how to log on here, because obviously MFP has calorie goals, and slimming world has eat all the good stuff, and I keep going way over my cals!

I have the Wii Fit and I love it! The strength exercises are actually really good! I don't use it every day (though you're supposed to) but it's a lot of fun. Doesn't even feel like working out most of the time! My boyfriend's brother lost a tonne of weight doing it every day too!

I've bought 2 sports bras from a website designed for big boobs - bravissimo (I think it's a UK one).. and well, being a GG, I need to wear 2 bras. I put on a small bra plus one of the sports bras. It's the only thing that keeps the girls in place. ...that I've found so far!

My sports bra is a Freya Active... which are supposedly made for the larger chested woman. But I find it doesn't give me as much support as I want, and need to wear another bra in 1 cup size smaller under it... and it's good! Good luck, if you find a good one, let me know!!

Usual bedtime snack is something a LOT healthier. And I'm supposed to eat right before I go to bed to keep my blood sugars from dropping too low overnight. The past couple nights the 'bedtime' part has been more like '8pm'.... but I know I need to cut that out.

I am 26, 5'3.5" and currently weighing at 181.2lbs (as of this morning)... my lowest weight is 180. I think my body fat% is around 35%, but I'm not 100% sure, that's what my weight watchers scale says.
