    This is my second attempt to get fit and lose weight. I lost 35ibs last year doing MFP combined with going to the gym, but a 2 week holiday in Florida put me back down the slippery slope and I went back into old eating habits. My current plan, is to start back at the gym and MFP, but I have another holiday in Florida in a few weeks time and this time I will make sure I behave myself and focus on fitness and weight when I come home...not going to let it happen again!!
    Basically it was my fault, nothing to do with MFP......MFP works if you keep your focus! xx
