Level 1 Day 4 I haven't been really sore but my legs feel really heavy all day. I think I need more stretching and cool down. I did 30 min high intensity interval on the elliptical yesterday Instead of shred and will probably take a res day tomorrow before I hit it hard this weekend. Theresa

I love the White Cheddar and Ranch flavored toppings. Occasionally, we'll make our "special popcorn" and drizzle milk or white chocolate over it. We made it last night and it was yummy

I've been doing 45-60 min elliptical and decided I need to mix it up so I don't get stale. I'm trying 30 min high intensity interval training and then either 30 day shred or ripped in 30 days. I also ride the bike with the kids and am getting ready to start couch to 5k

Yes, it is working for me. I lost 8 pounds and stalled for 2.5 months. I saw a nutritionist and she said inwas eating too little and I should be at 1800 and not 1200. I have a friend who did it and he lost 40 pounds in 30 days and has kept it off so far (only 2 months) he did the drops. In a moment of weakness I told him I wanted to try it but since I increased my calories my weight is dropping again. So I've got the drops and juice but am putting it off for now. Theresa

Same for me. I stalled at 8 pounds lost for 2.5 months ( talk about frustrating) I upped my calories fromm1200 to 1500 then finally to 1800. When I hit 1800 last Thursday I started losing again and have lost almost 4 pounds in 4 days. Itbwas seriously the answer or me. Theresa

Hmmm, 5 pounds was new workout clothes, 10 pounds was a heart rate monitor , 15 will be a new workout class or more weights, 20 a new swimsuit. 25/goal will be a vacation somewhere tropical.....finally! Theresa
