I'm starting to get frustrated i started out 135 then jumped to 137 by tuesday then wednesday i was back to 135 thursday 137 today 136.5 ugh. I just want to get back to my pre- christmas weight of 133.

this week's challenges sound great i hop i can actually make it through them. Of course today at school we had a pot luck but i wasn't too bad. Now i just have to force myself to workout. Hope everyone is staying strong.

its a little late but i would like to join. My starting weight is 133 and i would like to be 120 or 118 by Christmas. I would also like to be able to complete five days of exercise without quitting by the end. I will post my photo later.

I am down 0.5 pounds and have lost an inch off my waist and hips. I am so excited. Great job for everyone and keep motivated we will get there.

I gained a pound as well but i know it was from this past weekend that sort of drug into my week. Towards the end of my week i got better but i am hoping next week will be much better. However, i am starting school again so i hope i don't eat out of stress. Good luck to everyone else.

Good Job everyone. I only lost half a pound but im happy because my week started out bad and only got better Wednesday. This next week i am going to focus more on exercise.
