Welcome!! Thats why I'm here!! I'm with the other post--- drinking LOTS of water helps-- also breast feeding helps things get back to normal (not sure if you're BF or not!) By the sounds of it-- you're eating WAAAY healthier than me! LOL-- What type of exercising are you doing?

I purposely FORGOT to buy beer last night @ store. I'm really glad I did-- by the time I got home the kids had me so frustrated I could of downed a 6 pack in no time. Kim I'm taking your advice... I'll keep it up--but OMG I'm sore today! Geesh, I might only do this 2-3x a week to earn my 12 pack for the weekend :laugh: But I was really surprised on the calorie burn! Makes it ALMOST worth it :drinker:

Okay I made this tonight-- I used 1 gala apple- peeled. Sprinkled w/cinnamon & splenda - wrapped in foil & baked at 375 for about 35 mins. unwrapped it and added 1/2 cup blue bell no sugar added low fat vanilla ice cream & let it start to melt on top of the apples. I always log my drinks too, and yes-- looks kinda embarrassing logging a 12 pack on one party night LOL but it makes me more self conscience about it next time. Trying to pick a lower cal drink, etc.

Well I'm did my weekly check in today and despite the WAY too many beers at the Rays opening game Friday night (and the after game munching out!) Well I'm exercising MODERATELY - not consistent by any means though. I'm 179 and eating between 900-1200 cal per day. Once a week I go over, usually around 1700 cal that one day. Should I keep cal intake the same & increase activity? Or both?

Im going to try this out and see if it works for me! Question though-- do you eat 1200 cal + burn 300 day? Giving you a New cal of 900? Then every 3-4 days eat 1400- burn 300, a net of 1100 cal?

Let me know if it works for you. Ive cut down to just drinking on the weekends (By then I NEED it, lol) but I havent noticed a difference. Hopefully it works for you!
