For me, this latest time (i've done this before... sadly.) it was while i was on Rona stay-at-home orders and i went back to the heaviest weight i've ever been in my life. Even before the time that i decided to really take my life back. I knew something had to be done and i really got the kick in the rear i needed when i…

this round of my fun story, I started at 267, currently at 252. I've been as low as 205. I'm hoping to get out of the 200's by the end of the year and my goal weight is 140.

I used to, but now i feel guilty going over my calories, so my brain is rejecting all out cheat days.

Thank you for posting this. All this is very true! And it's essentially what i tell myself every day that i've gone over or come close to going over goal for the day. Tomorrow will always be the next opportunity to get it right and keep on going!

LOL! :drinker:

Wow, dude! Congrats! Seems to be the easiest way to do it. That's essentially what i have been doing and although i'm at the beginning of my journey it seems to be working for me too. Keep it up! You're almost at your goal too!

I've had a back and forth thing of losing, gaining more than before, losing, gaining, then losing again. Now i'm going with small goals, hitting those goals, and step on the to the next one. Good luck to all of us! :glasses:

without reading everybody else's replies, this problem runs both ways. It's frustrating when i'm not exactly Channing Tatum (sic?) or Brad Pitt in Fight Club hot and i get passed over and those guys end up being d-bags who do nothing but mistreat women, cheat on them, and generally don't G-A-F. But, in the words of Ol'…

i can completely relate. I sometimes question why i'm putting myself through such intense cardio when all i want to do is sit and do nothing, but all it takes is seeing the light at the other end of the tunnel. Even though it may be small right now, the more we push ahead, the bigger that light gets. Time and patience.…

I'm doing an hour on the arc trainer on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and some Sundays. I also play my drums on Friday (which actually burns calories as well). I'm going to work on weights after i shed all the weight.

i understand the way you feel. Sometimes i find myself thinking about my next meal as well. This sounds silly, but i tell myself to enjoy the meals i have and feel satisfied with them. I know part of my problem is what i'm eating, but i figure as long as i keep under my calorie count and go hard at the gym, all will work…
