I do three meals, and usually a snack after dinner a couple hours before bed. Rarely a snack mid-afternoon. I like to keep my breakfast under 120, and lunch/dinner around 500 - though usually eat more at lunch time. Then I have around 100 or so for a snack before bed.

Soooo cold this winter! I used to go outside with a tshirt, I'd be cold but fine. I wish I could put the fat lost in a fat-sweatshirt to keep me warm!

Keep up with it Rachel, it really does get better! When I weigh in, and it's not the number I want, just think to yourself - Better to have lost the "measly" 1/2 or 1 pound for the week, but it's better than gaining another 1/2 - 1 pound!

Two mini sausage patties (150 calorie) and a Crystal Light Orange Sunrise mixed in with my water (I pretend it's OJ) for 10 calories.

I weight myself every morning after I pee. But I only log down my weight every Sunday (I started on a Sunday) on an excel sheet I have.

In the past when I have hit a plateau I'll do a cheat day. Usually good enough to get the weight loss going again. I do plan on having one sometime this month when family gets around to celebrating my birthday (birthday was in December).

I try to stay in the green when tracking my food. Though my only two main concerns are calories or sodium. I had started working out 6 days ago, then twinged my back (an old injury) so have been doing light exercises to not hurt myself again. Just to clarify, I did not drink the cup with 20 Sweet and Low in it. I just sipped a bit of it, but once I got to 20 I dumped it and didn't drink it. And yes, it's mostly to take the bitterness out of it. I will try tomorrow for less regular sugar and deal with it I guess.

No personal experience, but my friend lost 40lbs and the strain on her back became worse when she became "top heavy". She ended up having to get a reduction and the back pain is now gone. I hope mine get bigger!
