So excited about exercise minutes. Didn't so well in last challenge.

Morning everyone, I have not loss any weight in the last month. Spoke to the trainer and she told me to eat 1250 calories no matter how much I exercise. Due to my height and my age so next month I should be down by 5 lbs..Can't wait next month is my daughters Sweet 16. She is growing up so quick. :smile:

We all have been through this. I go to goodwill and buy stuff for 3 to 5 dollars and the clothes are in good condition. I know it is so darn frustrating.:mad:

Your snack should contain enough protein. I eat greek yogurt no fat and mix in polaner sugar free jelly with fiber. 2 tablespoons of jelly only 20 calories.

Fellow shorties, How about 3 lbs a month as a goal? The closer you are to your goal the slower it comes off.I lift 3 times a week , it does make a difference. Hi , I am 4'10" and I have been here for 2 years. Just be honest and write everything you eat. My weight has been as high as 172 being pregnant and as low as 115lbs. I think 110 would be good for me. Losing a pound a week is slow but steady. If you need a friend just request me.:smile: Gina

If the pain is severe get it checked by a doctor. It may be just, gas. If you have problems with the bathroom, I use ground flaxseed either in my cereal, yogurt or shake.

My best time for a 5k was 30 minutes, I beat my time from 3 years ago by 3 minutes. :)

Riding twice a day for that much time seems like alot. I would probably say 45-60 minutes a day is enough. It is a lifestyle change, it may take longer to lose the weight but you will have time to do other things you enjoy also. You are doing a great job , keep it up. :)

Hi I usually don't count those calories. I do those things everyday as a mom and wife. I only log if i go for a long walk or run or go to the gym. I feel your heart rate has to be consistently elevated to count as cardio. Hope this helps.

My weakness is crunchy Doritos, corn chips, popcorn. I find if I don't buy it I can't it eat it. It is not easy, just continue to eat right the rest of the day. You are only human. :smile:
