This morning my scale read 199.6!!! I couldn't believe it. I started this weight loss journey on July 11th and less than 3 months later, I am more than 30 pounds lighter and I finally broke the 200 mark! You cannot swipe this smile from my face!

    CONGRATS!!!! Thats exactly a reminder of why I am SO EXCITED to be getting a gym membership soon! I miss going to the gym and lifting weights!!! I know it will make my weight loss aspirations so much more quickly obtainable! WOOT!
