This happens to me all the time and I'm a 21 year old university student with no kids. I was told by my doctor that it had to do with my spine and my nerves as well. But that's also because I have issues with my sciatic nerve. But now i'm wondering if the two are separate issues.

I'm all in! I'd love to lose 10 lbs by Valentines day, but I don't think it's going to happen. I'm hitting my plateau. CW: 152 GW: 145 I'd then only be 20lbs from my goal weight!

So I made some bad food choices over the weekend, but I'm not going to beat myself up about it. Previous weight: 155 Current weight: 155 I stayed the same. Oh well. I'll kick it into gear this week and I hope to see at least a 1lb loss by next weigh in. Good Luck Everyone!!

Agreed! Make sure to drink lots of water too. Especially if you're getting your fiber from powders. If you mix too much powder into your drink and it isn't the recommended scoops per cup of water ratio, it will backfire. It will end up having a reverse effect and actually act like a plug. Ick. Powders never worked for me.…

Oh, wow. That looks really nice mbodine! I'd like to be added too. I had a really crap few days. I binged, :( and then drank a 2L of soda, again :( BUT, I didn't gain from that ( or it just has yet to show) so my weigh in is still 160. Goal weight for Jan 3 ( my birthday!) is 145.

I think it is a tad unfair to assume that individuals should just simply get off any kind of medication without being aware of the situation because every person is unique, including how they react to medication.
