    Hi! Can you add me! I lost 3 pounds this past monday I weighed in. I am not sure if I am doing this right, I am new!
    I currently weigh 246
    my 1/1/11 after the first 3 is 234

    Count me in as well. I just joined MFP on Monday. My weight as of Monday was 160.2. I will definately need support and motivation. Good luck to all. Now lets get moving!

    well there's exactly 6 fridays left of 2010... so going by the 1-2.5 lb per week rule that is considered "healthy" I think I'm gonna say 11-15 will suit me fine...

    being so close to the holidays I'm going to do a "weekly" calorie count for thanksgiving week... no more than a 10% daily reduction. After using several "calorie calculators" I've determined that none of them are accurate, or at least that I don't have any way of knowing which one was right... but they all fall within similar ranges.... i'm going with 1,800 calories for weight loss... I have been generally sedentary for the past few months.. lucky me have some kind of ankle/heel injury that is probably weight related... anywho....

    ok so 1,620 cal per day and give myself 'conscience freedom' on days when holiday parties are required... straight 1800/day if there aren't any family gatherings that week. this way I will still maintain the proper calorie amounts on a weekly basis.

    meanwhile... being unable to walk long distances I still need to get off my butt... i have p90x videos & will begin with the stretching vid tomorrow... and plan out physical activity for the rest of the year tomorrow.

    Oh no! When you put it like that, I think I might not get there in time! Ahhhhh! Workout mode, here I come.

    Ok I know weigh-in is on monday, but I couldn't resist and I weighed today. You don't have to add it, but I"m 124.4 today!! And thanks to the member who made the spreadsheet!! :)

    Since Monday is weigh in, just wanted you to know I'm doing a whole grain carb, fruits, and veggie meal plan over the weekend. I need to see 138 on Monday.

    I saw someone post we have only 6 Fridays left in the year, so that would be 9 pounds gone by January. I hope I can make it.
