Oops, looks like I'm late. Can I still join? I'd like to do 15 but since it's already the 21st, I'd like to do it the "right way", can I aim for 10 lbs? I've been falling in and out of the wagon, I need a bit of motivation.

Ok I weighed in at 208.4......I cant believe it. 6 pounds in one week........I guess there is something to be said about the last chance workout because that is exactly what I did yesterday. I hope none of it shows back up again next week.0

I'm in if it' not too late..I have 10 ponds to lose total, and to have it gone by new years would be great. I think Iwould do better if I had a RL buddy, but out here in the boonies leaves me lonely and bored...the cold weather doesn't help either. Here's to trying.0

I am just starting back with mfp, after a serious bad spell with life. I am getting back on track and if it isn't too late I would love to join. I weighed this morning and my weight is 238.8 pounds. I want to be under 200 by January 14th, 2011. That is my 29th birthday and I can't stand the thought of going into my thirties being so over weight!0

All righty... So, this thread was started on Nov. 10th. That gave a total of 51 days to lose 15lbs Tomorrow is the 1/3 of the way there mark... that's 5lbs. Here's where we are so far today.
The next major check point is 12/14 - 10 lbs!!
ps. I know we didn't all start that day, and I know that not everyone is trying to lose 15 lbs. This is just a generalization.

So, I'm going to commit to working out 6 times a week.
This should help me reach my goal of 45 min. for my 5k in Dec. as well as reaching the 15 by 2011
My work outs will be either 5 miles on the eliptical or 3.1 on the treadmill. I will also be doing yoga and belly dancing atleast once a week.
