  • This was San Bernardino Sheriff's mud run they have each year around May/June at their training facility. I will be there in a few months. Also, I want to at least do 2-3/year. Thank you all again!!!! We can ALL do this!
  • It was my first mud run and I was so nervous that I was going to be the last woman crossing the finish line. I completed it in 1:24. I was tired, out of breathe, muddy, but I was proud of myself and fellow teammates and already planning to find the next mud run.

  • Maybe not a cheat DAY but a cheat MEAL once a week. From personal experience, I have had a cheat meal and I have actually lost weight. It shocks the body, I think. So what if I am over 400-600 calories of my daily goal. The mission is to make this a lifestyle and not a diet. Eat your favorite foods in moderation. Good luck!

  • Im not going to lie. I can't avoid fast food for the rest of my life. I will just make a little bit of changes. If I eat something that I know is very bad for me, I will add an extra 15-20 mins to my cardio. Or, I will tweak my favorites. ie Taco Bell, I will ask fresco style.   • Im having a hard time just drinking 8oz. For some reason, water is just not easy to drink like it was in the beginning. Maybe because it's no longer HOT in Southern California. :tongue:
