hits been hard latley, me and mom had a bad car accident a week before my surgery and now shes in the hospital w internal brain bleeding.
so i have to take care of my diabetic father and my grandmother who had a stroke 2 weeks ago. i am an adult but yet only 20 so latley its been let me grab what i can on the go! which has not helped me one single bitat
i only had the surgery dec 13th any ideas of frozen food dinners lunches breakfasts anything ican make right now thattll stop me in the long run from grabbing chips and stuff

btw i had the gastric sleeve dec 13th 2011

    what kind of diet or food plan did your surgeon suggest? You should be starting out eating 2-4 oz of food.
