  • My husband just finished a 48 hour fasting. His goal was to lose 10 lbs and he has already lost 7. He's is doing better than I am. I am totally on the protein, low carb, very low sugar and sodium diet and doing a boot camp and I've only lost a lb. I am considering fasting myself. I would just have to give up the boot camp…
  • In my personal opinion and this is just my opinion. You really don't need to spend any money on equipment to get an ab workout. Just work uppers, lowers and obliques by doing crunches for uppers, leg lifts for lowers, and side to side bends for obliques. Times are tight and the economy sucks. Gotta save $ where ever and…

That's what my problem was. I am now on meds for it and doing great. Diet pills are nothing but trouble! You gained your wt naturally , you should lose it…
  • It is ok to cheat as long as it is'nt on your other half! I actually spoke to a nutritionist/pf trainer and it is ok to cheat. His advice was pick a day, cheat at one of your favorite meal times, but only cheat at the one sitting. My cheat night is Friday night pizza.
  • You can. Once you start seeing results, you will become addicted to MFP. Good luck on your venture.

  • I know you mean well, but take the advice from everyone here. Talking to your friend about being overweight is the worst thing you can do. She knows it and when she is ready she will do something about it. Just be the friend that you have always been. You have a big heart and your intentions are well natured but leave the…
