  • Just like with any exercise and calories being burned ... it depends on your weight as well. If Heather doesn't weigh the same as above them it will give a different number.

  • My nutritionalist said that I should stop eating 2-3 hours before bed. The reason being that your body then struggles to digest your food and sleep at the same time. I prefer having great sleep so I abide by the "No food 2 hours before bed " rule!

  • Thankfully barely any of those items on that list are sold here in Ontario Canada ... and the ones that are sold here I've never even tried ... YAY!!!
  • I eat every 2-3 hours ... I try to NEVER let myself get to the point that I can hear my stomach rumble. When you're really hungry you are more apt to over eat. I also get all my calories in by eating whole foods and not low fat/low calorie gimicky foods
  • I serioulsy don't understand why people do not get eating their calories AND the exercise calories. People don't seem to understand what their body needs nor do they seem to know about putting your body into starvation mode and screwing up your organs.   • If you don't eat your exercise calories then you are going to mess with your metabolism and your body will go into stravation mode and you won't lose as quickly as you want, or at all.

  • I don`t see how the site can be telling you to only eat 1200 calories a day. That one chick said she`s above 200lbs ... so am I and the site is saying I should have 1450 calories a day. Also if you`re exercising you can eat some of those calories, the site automatically enters them to mix with your other calories.
  • I use to be a sweetener junky until I heard that it turns into fermaldahyde in our bodies. I almost threw up since that`s the stuff they embalm dead bodies with. Now I just drink water for 0 calories or I put aside enough calories to have a regular pop, if I feel I really need it.

  • If you calculate all calories that you burn and eat them then you wouldn't lose weight. This site calculates roughly how much you burn a day without doing anything ... you should only be counting your exercise in for eating.

Anything under 1200 calories for a women is not healthy ... not only will it throw your body into strarvation mode but it will also do damage to your orgins.
