  • Alright so it's weigh in day here and I weigh exactly the same as I did last week. But I suppose that's better than weighing more! I feel better and that's where it counts. How has everyone else been doing? Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Online Calorie Counter
  • I have been told multiple times to put it in under circuit training, 20 minutes. I just don't feel like that burns enough calories, but oh well. On the back of the DVD I think I remember it saying it was circuit training. Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Easy Calorie Counting
  • Not a junkie, but would like to be! I've taken a few classes but my bottom always hurts so bad for days later I have a hard time going back. It's a goal of mine. I'm sorry I don't have any suggestions for you about your bike. If you have any for me to help me become a junkie, I would appreciate it! Created by…

  • Check in day and I am up one pound from wednesday. I'm going to attribute that to weight fluctuation, and my taco bell dinner last night. I'm super excited about the group and my overall goal is to get rid of about 15-20 pounds before my wedding at the end of July. I plan on working out 5-7 days and I just started…

  • How do I log this onto my exercise log?
  • I used to have a crippling addiction to the PB. I would wake up in the middle of the night craving it. I would then sneak into the kitchen and eat it out of the jar over the sink with a spoon in my mouth, hunched over like a crazy person in the moonlight... that being said, I no longer keep large quantities of peanut…
  • Thanks everyone. I still can't find pilates on the list but I am thinking about buying a HRM. Any suggestions? I'm a poor grad student who is planning a wedding, cheap is all I can afford. I don't want to sacrifice quality though.

  • I love you! Thank you so much, my cubicle mate and I just about had a heart attack...literally. Thank you!!!
  • Thanks, these are all great suggestions... ...unfortunately, i went for a short walk (inside, it's raining out) and found myself eating fritos out of the vending machine. Now I know that's not the worst vending machine option but still, I was doing so well for the day. Oh well, just gonna keep on keepin on and try to eat…

  • I live in Louisville, but I've only been here less than a year. The waterfront is always pretty and there are parks everywhere. Get on the louisville website and they have a list of parks. I'm sorry but I don't know too much else to do around here, I haven't ventured too far out of my normal routine yet.
  • I used to eat Nature's Own bread and I believe it was 40 calories each slice, now I have moved onto Healthy Life fiber bread and it is 35 calories per slice.
  • While I'm still off from my goal weight, I am finally in the 'healthy' BMI range! I really didn't think I could do it, but I finally did! I'm so proud of myself! going to celebrate by eating well today and rockin out at the gym after work! yay me!
  • I have tried alli before and I did lose weight. You have to be very careful about the amount of fats you ingest or the sideeffects ("treatment effects") can get pretty grusome. I gained the weight back because I stopped taking it so I could have the fatty foods I wanted. I hadn't decided to make a lifestyle change yet. I…

  • I have completely fallen away this past two weeks. I've eaten out alot, gone over my calories, and not worked out. Good news is I haven't lost OR GAINED. I'm really feeling down on myself and I am thinking of cancelling my dress fitting that's scheduled in about a week. I did okay today, EXCEPT for the TWO sausage muffin's…
