I'm 5'8" and 170lb, I mostly wear leggings or tights but my go to jeans are old navy size 12US long sweetheart style. I'm not sure how much it would take to get me in a 10, I can't remember being that size!!

Thank you ladies! You all inspire me as well! I hope to update with progress within the year. New goal is 164lbs, which will drop me out of the overweight bmi, and to put on more muscle with body weight training/possibly lifting. By the way I'm 26 and 5'8", if anyone want to compare their stats.

We ask each other for advice sometimes, maybe because we want a second opinion or to be better informed and I like when my friends pay me compliments but I make my own choices.

I'm 5'8", 182 lbs, clothes are usually US 12/UK 16, jackets are usually a size down, shirts are usually XL sometimes L depending on the cut.

Nothing really. I only avoid foods I don't like and just have less of the high calorie ones I do like.

Maybe put your favorite physical activity under a hobbies section? It could reflect that you are an active person. Like hiking or biking?

What if you got married and then realized you are not sexually compatible??? I would not want to put myself in that position! I am not going to tell anyone else what to do though.

A kilocalorie is a 1000 calories, I think it is confusing to use Cal instead of kcal. It would be like using Gram instead of kilograms for 1000 grams. It's MADNESS!!! :D

On an unrelated note calories on packaging are usually kilocalories but say calories, I don't know why they do that.
