It looks like you tend to skip meals. If you do that then you're right it becomes hard to fit all your calories in without binging on junk at night. I find that it's really easy if you get into a habit of eating 300 - 400 calorie meals. Eat a good breakfast, pack a lunch, and make sure to have something planned for dinner.…

I forgot my belt one day and three people in my office (none of whom I considered fat) offered me their belts... none of them fit. All were way too big. A bit embarrassing but totally a NSV for me.

I eat healthy 90% of the time and then if something comes up I just don't deny myself. Within limits of course.

I wear them and I don't feel any less safe. I have a helmet mounted mirror that I use often so I know my surroundings and honestly I hear subtle sounds like people better with them in. If I don't use earphones the noise of the wind and traffic makes it impossible to use my hearing to help in any way. If a car is on a…

Great job! You looked good already but now you look amazing. One month wow...

I don't know. I imagine it must be leather or fake leather. It's Tommy Hilfiger but wasn't very expensive. Thank you! That makes me feel better, I hope that's the case. I am always happy when I can move another notch over but there is a part of me that wonders if I am shrinking or the belt is growing :P

hmm 25 comments per page and 10 pages so far.... 250 kilometers give or take as it stands. 30 days in June so that's about 8 km a day. Perfectly doable so far! Sounds like a great challenge and I think I will try to walk 10km a day too :) Good job!

I watch tv while lying on my couch.... I usually fall asleep and then wake up half an hour later and head off to bed. I fall asleep instantly. Works like a charm!

Along with proper nutrition and healthy eating, anything that gets your heart rate up and keeps you moving will help you lose weight. Biking is great for weight loss. I know myself since I bike to work a lot and it helps me lose weight for sure. Make sure you eat enough if you cycle a lot!

I have a desk job. I bike to a from work for a total of 2000 calories so I am more focused on trying to eat enough during the day but I also take the stairs whenever I get the chance and take a few loops when going to the washroom. It all adds up!

No I don't feel guilty as long as I eat in moderation. If I am under my daily calories and I ate more than just doughnuts then I am happy and proud of myself.

They all look amazing and so do you!

I'm still holding onto hope that the love of my life will come back even when there is no hope. It's harder to let go of than you'd think :/ Even if I think I've let go I haven't.

I am a neat freak but I also work a lot and cook my lunches and dinners every day and I have two cats so sometimes I'm just two damn tired to clean twice (clean, cook dinners and lunch for next week, clean again :/) so the kitchen sink gets full then I sleep. I always clean the next day though so it's not that bad and my…

I weigh every day knowing that the scale will go up and down and not caring. If I weigh once a week or once a month it's possible that I could just be having a bad few days when I weigh and it will put me down for another week. If I weigh every day I keep track of all the subtle changes that occur and I only record the new…
