I'm here. I did terribly and put on a bunch of weight. Day 2 today.

I'm still here. Still struggling. I know it works, so I don't know why I'm having such a hard time.
-
Yes, it is possible. I sadly didn't transition and ate like crap. It's not the plan's fault, it's mine. So I'm determined to do it correctly this time.

I too am starting again...again. I really let myself get out of control and put on 40 pounds after losing 72. I just can't seem to commit even though I know it works. But I refuse to continue gaining so I'm ready. Hoping the support here will help keep me on track. Today is day 1. Feel free to add me to your friends.

How is everyone doing? I'm having a hard time keeping on track, but I'm trying really hard.

It's been a little rocky for me, but I'm trying to stay on plan. @texastanya, these boards are a little quiet, but we are here for support!
-
Definitely! This weekend is going to be tough, but I am determined to not stray from plan.

Congrats, bargainshpr.

I am starting again today. I'm tired of saying that to myself, but I haven't been sticking with it. I'm determined to make this my last re-start and be done for good.

I think the forums are back up. Check it out. https://dashboard.medifast1.com/

I'm on it too. I did it 1.5 years ago and was very successful and lost 65 pounds and within 15 pounds of my goal too. I've gained 30 back, but it's my own fault. I didn't do transition and ate like crap because life wasn't so great. My pants started getting really tight and I didn't want to have to go buy bigger clothes (I…

Glad to see someone else here on medifast. I'm on it as of 2/16.

Me too. I didn't always post on the forums, but I read them regularly. I do not like the new website at all. Why on earth do you have to round pounds to a whole number? It sounds so silly, but that is the biggest mistake. I'm happy to drop half a pound or a few ounces and I want it tracked that way. I went off of medifast…

Congrats. Keep at it and you will get there!

I just wanted to post an update to my progress. 10 weeks and 34.4 pounds gone. I finally dropped out of the 200s and I couldn't be happier! It's been a long time since I've weighed less than 200 pounds. Thank you to all for posting their progress. You're all inspiring and help to keep me motivated and on plan!

Just finished 4 weeks and I'm down 19.4 pounds! Congrats everyone! Not sure why my ticker isn't current...

I was able to zip up my jacket without hiking it up and over my hips and struggling with the zipper. It hung right where it was supposed to and zipped like a champ. I hadn't zipped it all winter. I was very happy - especially because it was raining!

I ran my first 5K yesterday. Had finished C25K just last week. Time was 42:45. I already signed up for my second which will be July 31. Have 7 weeks to work on my form and time and hopefully won't have to huff and puff up the hills so much.

Thanks for the great article on tips! Very helpful.

bump for later. thanks for all the good ideas!

Bumping for later. I feel like a complete idiot because I don't understand how many calories I really should be eating, but I will read it later when I can really focus my full attention to it. I'm tired of feeling so dang hungry at 1250 calories. I barely made it through my workout last night (low energy) and I know it…
-
Thanks for this. I'm currently doing C25K and this will be a great tool to follow up the program and keep going.
-
good for you! I could barely do the first week so I know what an accomplishment it is to finish week 3. I will be doing week 6 day 3 tomorrow. I never thought it would be possible, but it is! Keep going...it just keeps getting better!

bump for my first 5k in June. thanks!

The couch to 5K program is only 3 days a week

I will be doing week 6, day 2 tomorrow. I could barely walk up the steps let alone run before I started (I weigh 229 but was 234 when I started). I had a hard time running even for 90 seconds but I've made it this far with no repeat weeks. I don't run very fast, but I'm running. I have my first 5K in June. I run outside…

Amazing job, everyone. I hope to be able to post my before and afters right along with you. Thanks for the inspiration!
-
bump. thanks for recipes!

Oh you give me hope! I finished week 5 day 1 this past Saturday but I've been dreading week 5 day 3 for so long. Congratulations to you for pushing through! I hope I can do the same.
