This is more of a milkshake recipe, but its very high in protein
    The base:
    1/2 cup cottage cheese
    1 scoop protein powder
    1-3 packets stevia/truvia
    5-10 ice cubes
    1/2-1 cup water

Add to it any combo of stuff like berries, fruit or pudding mix and you have an endless list of milkshakes that have about 37g of protein :)

There's my fav....1 cup vanilla almond milk, 1/2 cup frozen rasphberries, 1/2 c frozen strawberries, 1 cup spinach (it's a GREAT way to get this into your diet), 1 Tbl frozen lemonade. Add ice or a little water to get the consistancy you like. Enjoy :)

I make smoothies all the time, my favorite is a snickers smoothie!

1 scoop of vanilla whey protein powder
1 scoop of chocolate whey protein powder
1 tbsp of low fat peanut butter
1 tbsp sugar free caramel ice cream topping
    6 oz unsweetened almond milk
    6-8 cubes of ice

whizz it all up in a blender and hey presto, delicious meal replacement. The unsweetened almond milk is yummy and has way less calories than milk, plus no sugar!

    hope you like it!

I eat the following for breakfast most mornings:

1/2 c. Cabot Greek Yogurt - Vanilla Bean
    4 large frozen strawberries
    1/2 c. frozen blueberries
    1/2 medium banana, raw
    1 tbsp. 100% ground flaxseed
    1/4 c. Tropicana Trop 50 orange juice

blend together. May need more juice depending on how thick it is. It is 270 calories.

Note - I buy the large bags of frozen strawberries and blueberries at Costco

They're literally tupperware brand. They only offered them in 16 & 18 oz (and big mixed sets with 12 oz) on their direct website when I looked about 1.5 years ago. I ended up finding the 12 oz glasses on ebay for dirt cheap. Not in the color I wanted but eh I'm over it.

    my new found fave.

    1 cup chocolate almond milk
    1/2 cup strawberries
    1/2 cup bananas
1/2 150g container of banana tofu dessert.

I blend this and split it with my wife...150 cal each but tastes like 4 times that.

This sounds really good... I am trying to sneak healthy food to my SO... this may just work.

I have a few standards that I enjoy either for breakfast or post-long-run.

Pina Colada smoothie (this is my fave breakfast!):
1 container Yoplait Greek coconut flavor yogurt
3/4 Cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
1/2 Cup Silk coconut milk, or more for thinner consistency (can sub almond milk, cows milk, Coconut Dream, whatever)
1/2 scoop Sun Warrior raw vegan protein powder, vanilla flavor (any vanilla protein powder would do, I'm sure)
    ice

Favorite recovery smoothie (tastes like mocha):
    1 frozen banana, broken up
    Glob of chocolate peanut butter
1/2 cup skim chocolate milk or soy milk
    1/2 cup coffee
    ice

    Tart, refreshing smoothie:
Frozen or fresh mango (2 to 1 ratio with raspberries)
    Frozen or fresh raspberries
    Frozen banana, broken up
    nob of fresh ginger, crushed
    1/2 cup yogurt
    squeeze of fresh lime juice
coconut water or regular water (if desired thinner)
    ice
