My son eats Nutella (half a jar) with a banana. Luckily, I am not much of a chocolate fan so I don't care for the stuff. But give me a jar of Lotus Biscoff Spread and I am in heaven!!!

Early morning before run is 1/2 banana and coffee and at least 8oz water. Sometimes I add a boiled egg. This really gives me plenty of energy for a good run. This - And all soda is bad for you!! Along with all processed foods and drinks. I'm not saying I don't indulge in some pre-packaged foods, I do. Most times for convenience. But in general, eating clean is the best advice I have ever received.

This and - I used to get them when I tried to add too many miles to soon. I slowed down, watched my form and the muscles soon caught up to my endurance. Lots of stretching, ice, and ibuprofen always helped in the beginning.

I love love the low sodium version and have not had any in sometime. Just added to my grocery list and I certainly need the extra potassium, been get cramps. Cheers to drinking your veggies.

I like the diamond dark chocolate almonds and try the Ghirardelli 60% or 72% dark chocolate. A nice treat is the peppermint bark/dark chocolate from Ghirardelli. I do not have a sweet tooth but the above is my go to when I do want something sweet.

Right now, its enjoying the morning stars and 80's rock on my iphone. I also love the nothingness of just running without any apps in my ear. The vineyards, the wild life, the silence, the sunrise. All this makes for a fantastic day regardless of what ends up happening at work.
