I think 1 and 2. I keep hearing calories in vs. calories out. That it doesn't really matter what time of day you have them just how much you have. 1000 is too low for really anybody..that's what I keep reading on here anyway. BMR and all that.

Hi My son is 8 months old, it took me a full 6 1/2-7 months to get to my pre-preg weight. And now I'm below that weight! If you need support, have questions, or anything really you can friend me. I would love to have more moms as friends!

I recommend starting with a wedge or espedrill (spelling :() One with ribbon that ties up your ankle may be a good start to get used to the feel, and help with balance. They are also great for spring and summer, once your good at that, move on to a pump, and don't forget inserts, I like Dr. sholls inserts.

what she said, pick a date a couple weeks out from now to weigh, also take measurements and make a little chart to log it. But don't weigh everyday or even every week if you can stand it.

There is a clear difference in your mid-section. If you not taking measurements, you should, they will tell the story.

If a dumbell curl aggravates your RA, I don't recommend it, but if you can do a dumbell curl comfortably then go for it. You will also need to be able to hold the weights out infront you out eye level...maybe 3lb weights to start with.

I already started, but i'm gonna take a little break and walk outside stopping to do etervals of what i've learned from 30 day shred...hopefully it will have similar results, I just wanna be outside! Then i'll start back with you guys on Mon, or Tue.

Most of the folks eating higer calorie amounts are lifting weights...I noticed you aren't because of your wrists. I completly understand. I would say try to get on the floor after the kiddies are down for bed and do some leg lifts/ crunches..things that don't envolve your wrists..you know anything helps, also walking would…
