I hope that works. Top was today. Bottom was 1/3/12. SW-251, CW195-198ish. I'm down around 56lbs and 52.5 total inches off of my body. :) Still have a ways to go, but I'm proud of what I have done so far.

1. I took my kids on a 3 mile walk today and did some kettle bell exercises. 2. I have officially lost 44.5 total body inches and 56lbs over the last year and feel great. 3. I passed up a lot junk food today (We all know that is hard ;) )

I haven't told many IRL friends. I have a group of awesome friends in a moms group that are doing the same so we support each other. It is nice when I post new pictures of myself and have IRL people tell me how awesome I look and how much weight I have lost. :)

Right now I am at 45% protein, 30% carb and 25% fat. It is the only thing that has gotten me over my 1.5 month plateau. Not sure how 'right' it is, but it is working for me :)

I really like that last line. I try to stay away from 'bad' foods, but before I started this life journey food was my comfort. I still sometimes struggle with wanting the ice cream vs fish and salad, but it is getting easier. I try to keep my breakfast and lunch close to the same or switch between a few different meals so…
